Miso is a fermented soybean paste from Japan used as a seasoning throughout Asian cuisine.

Miso is the ultimate reference point for the flavor sensation known as umami. Deeply savory, with toasty, funky salty-sweet RICHNESS.
Use this seasoning to make a lovely broth base and serve with your favourite vegetables, protein and a runny yolked boiled egg if you fancy.

Simply add boiling water to make a basic broth for noodles, fresh vegetables and add your own protein.
