Meathead’s Amazing Tuscan Herb Poultry Seasoning & Dry Brine is a variation on Meathead’s famous Simon & Garfunkel Rub Recipe. Packed with parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme this seasoning sings in harmony with your bird!

Directions: Sprinkle one tablespoon per pound of meat two hours or more before cooking to allow the salt to ionize and become a brine to enhance flavor and juiciness.
