This Greek seasoning was developed from inspiration of our holidays in Greece. Memories of sunshine, great seafood and even better street food. We packed our Our Big Phat Greek Seasoning with traditional flavours from the islands: quality oregano, rosemary, lemon, cinnamon and salt. Delicious for: Gyros, Souvlaki, grilled chicken, pork, shrimp, vegetables. Pile your seasoned meat into warm pitas with Greek salad and a splash of our Red Dawg Hot Sauce……nóstima!! For best results, coat evenly and use around 3–4% of the meat weight. You can also mix the seasoning with olive oil and lemon juice to create a delicious marinade. Let it rest for at least 1 hour, but overnight marinating delivers the biggest flavour.
