How to use a BBQ Rub:
Sprinkle a medium layer of this Rub over your meat, fish or vegetables 1.5 hours before use. This is a so-called dry marinade. Then cook your product on the Bbq, in the pan or oven. This Rub contains sugars, therefore do not cook above 180 degrees Celsius, otherwise the sugars will burn. Between 110 and 160 degrees the sugars start to caramelize wonderfully and a tasty, protected crust is created over the product.
